Carol Consultancy offers a range of therapeutic techniques to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and help you work towards your goals. We use an holistic approach to treatment, combinging hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and solution-focused approaches to change in a broad range of areas.

Lesley Carol is a full Registered Member of the NRHP (National Register of Hypnotherapists & Psychotherapists). NRHP Members are skilled, qualified therapists and are strictly regulated. Lesley has undertaken extensive training and is the only NRHP qualified therapist between York and Edinburgh. She has been in practice for over 14 years and has have gained an excellent reputation as a result of the high standard of service provided.

Before treatment commences, an in-depth consultation is undertaken with each client, to identify a way forward which is tailored to the specific needs of the individual.
